9-Year-Old Pit Bull Sits Lonely At Shelter For 5 Years In California, Finlay Adopted Before Christmas

A pit bull mix called Seamus was finally ready to leave of Fresno Bully Rescue in Fresno, California, after getting adopted.

The new family of Seamus is that the perfect fit, consistent with Bridgette Booth, shelter director. She added that they spent about 5 years hoping that Seamus would find a forever home as staying at a shelter wasn't good for him.

She also added that she was completely worried that nobody would come to adopt him, which suggests that he would stay for his entire life at the shelter.

Thankfully, Seamus’ only wish before the Christmas was to possess a forever home, and that’s what happened as Seamus was just adopted before the Christmas! She also added that each senior dog deserves a forever home.
