The International Aid of the Protection and Welfare of Animals (IAPWA)
announced that the 8-year-old dog who was found last week on Bucharest’s
streets together with her tail snapped off, her leg hacked off, and her teeth pulled out.
Spirit, the German shepherd , had also been sexually abused; and there was a knife left at her side, and it's thought that "Bucharest Butcher”, who remains free, had done this flagrant cruelty.
Anneka Svenska, an animal advocate, found the dog that was quietly whimpering within the snow.
Anneka, who always feeds the strays within the neighborhood, fears that this brutal attack on the German shepherd was personal, which gave us intention that to not feed stray dogs.
Emergency surgery was underdone to Spirit at the rescue center of the Dog Rescue Romania, and she or he are going to be moving
Animal advocates, staff, and vets are totally amazed by how Spirit still trusts humans. The investigations remain active, and that we hoped that who did this bad cruelty are going to be delivered to justice.

I PRAY TO GOD THE SOB ROT IN HELL FOR ETERNITY.HE IS A DEMON THAT SHOULD B PUT TO DEATH IN THE ELECTRIC CHAIR. WE NEED A NEW INTERNATIONAL LAW. PASSED ASAP. IF ANYONE TURNS THEIR HEAD AWAY AND DOESNT REPORT ANIMAL ABUSE THEN THAT PERSON SHOULD GET THE SAME PUNISHMENT AS THE ABUSER!!!! PASS IT ON. FROM ARLINGTON TEXAS!!!!

This abuser should be sexually assaulted, his teeth pulled out, his leg chopped off, a knife in his side and all his finger nails and toe nails should be ripped out too, then tossed out like trash, just as he did to that poor dog!!! How can u do that to something that shows nothing but love, trust, and obedience! This world grows sicker and darker each day!!! Please people the love a dog shows u is the same love as jesus christ does to his children....for when u spell the name of dog backwards u get the name of God!!!
