Man Shoots Neighbor’s 6-Month-Old Labrador Retriever Because Pup Annoys Him

The savage fired the gun at close range into the innocent pup's snout, and the bullet lodged deep in his throat.

Labrador Retrievers are one among the foremost popular dogs because they're sporty, have great personalities, and like to be around their humans.

Sadly, a sweet 6-month-old Labrador retriever puppy faced the barrel of a gun, as a person from Florida is accused of shooting the proper side of the dog’s snout intentionally .

It all started when neighbors called the police to report hearing a gunshot in their area.

When police arrived, a lady told them her father’s dog was shot on the proper side of his snout. Another neighbor told deputies he spoke with 29-year-old Anthony Bain right after the shot was fired.

Bain allegedly told the neighbor he shot the dog because he had become a nuisance to him, his chickens, and his Chihuahua dog. Afterward, Bain left his house and didn’t return.

Bain later admitted to authorities that he shot the dog, named Charlie, intentionally . When Animal Control was contacted, they confirmed the dog was taken to the veterinarian.

X-rays confirmed a bullet was lodged in Charlie’s throat. A warrant was issued for Bain’s arrest in Santa Rosa County, Florida where he was arrested and brought to jail, and released on a $2,500 bond.
